SHIPPING POLICY
ALL "HAIR CARE" PRODUCTS TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS, DAY 1 STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL AFTER PROCESSING. WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.
Packages will be shipped using USPS, FEDEX, DHL depending on your location
-BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.
-ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY OR A SALE.
-WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAY and SUNDAY

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If a package is returned to Awoly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Awoly is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Awoly is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Awoly will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Thank you for your purchase with us. We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.
Awoly is NOT responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions or orders made without using a promotional link. If a 20% sale ends at 12:00 PM EST, and an order is placed at 11:59 AM EST, the discount code will not be honored as the discount code would have been in place at 12:00 PM EST.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING PRODUCTS

- Does this product really work?
Yes, our products work well. However, results vary from person to person. There are customers who have had results in as little as a week, while others may see results in 30 days.
- How soon can I see results?
Results vary per person. We advise that you use the product consistently for 30 days before seeing results but some have seen results in as little as a week. Just use the product according to the instructions on the bottle. Consistency is key.
- What are the ingredients?

- Do Awoly brand Products work for all hair types/textures?
Yes, our products work for all hair types/textures. cleanser shampoo should not be use often in chemicals, colored hair, since it may remove the color faster.
- Do your products help with alopecia?
We have had a number of customers with alopecia to see results from using our super hair growth serum but we would always advise you to ask your doctor before using.
- What should I buy first?
Our super hair growth Serum, or all of the products are all great starting options.
- Can I use both oil at the same time?
We recommend using one at a time, using both at the same time is not necessary. However, I recommend using the super hair growth serum if you're looking for a faster results since it has more beneficial ingredients.
- Can your products be used on children?
Yes we've had customers use it on children as young as 6 months. We do recommend you use your own discretion. Our products are safe and made with natural ingredients.
- Do I need the whole line or can I just use the serum?
You can choose to use only the serum but your hair will benefit even more from using the whole line.
- Can you use your products on relaxed or permed hair?
Yes, our products work well on all styles including relaxed or permed hair, damaged hair.
- Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are shipping only to the United States.
- What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on your address and your order. You will have to review the shipping costs at the time of purchase.
- How do I enter the promo code?
If you are on the website, in the top right hand corner you will see your cart. Once clicked, all the way down you will see the box that says "promo code" from there you can enter it.
- What are your best selling products?
Our top selling product is our super hair growth Serum.
- How long does the hair growth oil work?
The hair growth oil or the serum works as long as you’re using it properly and will give you long lasting results.
- What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept debit and credit card payments, PayPal only at this time.
- When will my order ship?
All hair care products take 7-10 business days to process. Day 1 starts the day after your order is received. Weekends not included. Tracking information is sent via email after processing.
- What shipping courier do you use?
Currently we ship all of our domestic orders with USPS.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
After your order has been shipped, it can take 3-5 business days to receive.
- Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer free shipping on Domestic Orders $100+. except during sales.
- Do you offer tracking for shipped orders?
Yes, you will receive tracking information once your order has left the processing window which is (7-10 business days) but it is possible to receive information sooner.
